By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have the right to distribute the material provided and that it complies with all applicable New Zealand laws. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing illegal, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content.
We will collect and distribute your material according to the instructions provided during booking. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, access restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. GPS tracking and delivery maps are provided to show the progress and completion of your campaign.
Payments must be made before distribution begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds are available only where required by law or if we are unable to provide the agreed service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected distribution service, except where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
